Robert Johnson

Rob Johnson is an Executive Managing Director and the Head of Global Equity Trading for Sculptor Capital. He is the primary trading contact for the Firm’s equity capital markets activities and is responsible for overseeing execution of equities, equity derivatives, index futures and options and other financial instruments within the Firm’s equity portfolios.

Mr. Johnson spent eight years in Sculptor Capital’s New York office on the U.S. equity trading desk before moving to London in 2013, where he spent approximately three years as Head Equity Trader for Sculptor Capital’s European portfolios. Prior to joining Sculptor Capital in 2005, Mr. Johnson worked as an Equity Trader at The Galleon Group.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College.
